FRKK Curved Cock and Shaft Trainer Cage

Similar to the flat trainer cage already in the collection, this adornment increases the comfort factor by leveraging the ubiquitous curved band design that has made its way into most Chinese adornment inventories.

An important difference between this model and the other models in the collection is the fact that the shaft ring is a generous 1 1/2". This is a welcome change from the 1 1/4" shaft of the other model. Knowing one’s size is important with any metal ring - doubly so if you are doubling the constriction by use of a cock and shaft ring. In this case, the 1 3/4" cock ring leads to an intense erection that perfectly fits the 1 1/2" shaft. This makes sense given my usual size for a shaft ring is 1 3/8" - the thicker erection from the cock ring better fills the shaft.

Ballistic Metal Trax

Another quality design from Ballistic Metal, the Trax is a “chunky” aluminum ring sharing the raw aluminum finish found on several other models. Similar to the raptor in design, the ring has a rectangular profile with the full outer profile notched with grooves from front to back. If looking closely, one can see that the grooves almost appear threaded due to the tool marks as they were cut into the body. For me, this enhances the look, but stands in contrast to the Raptor which has smooth cut notches (albeit far fewer than Trax).

Schmuckcockring Priapus Gemmed Shield

Schmuckcockring makes some really cool custom cock shields. These adornments, of course, surround your cock like any other ring would, but also extends above and below. This adds lots of visual interest by really drawing attention to your member but also serves the added benefit of reducing pinching of no mans land while seated.

Sergey once again delivers on a beautiful, custom sized stainless ring all the way from Hamburg, Germany. This particular adornment features divots in which crystal gems have been set. These charming gems provide an elegant way to end date night with your partner! With the supreme comfort one would expect from a shield like this, expect to love this shield.

Gear Essentials Quarter Screw Glans Ring

Designed to match the tremendously comfortable screw series from Gear Essentials, the quarter screw glans ring is a lightweight, highly polished aluminum adornment. The rounded edges ensure comfort and the striking finish easily matches the half screw cock ring that is already in my collection. The only thing left is to purchase a shaft ring to complete the set - which, unfortunately, is lost to time given the untimely demise of Gear Essentials as a manufacturer.

Braided Steel Wire Glans Ring

Another Etsy find from steelcraftsman, this simple glans ring is made from a braided stainless steel twist wire (industrial!) captured with a bead to close off the loop. Beautiful and rugged in its simplicity, this glans ring looks great when paired with other industrial adornments .

Slash Fit Stainless Glans Ring

Suddenly, this glans ring started appearing in random browsings as I looked for new adornments - so I had to oblige and pick it up. Available from a number of online retailers on AliExpress and Etsy, this stainless steel glans ring is a typical “band” design that has been modified with a slash to follow the contours of the glans better.

The design is clever and I’m surprised by how much I appreciated the way the proportions fit the shape of my head so well. Typical band rings will require you either angle your head “upward” for the frenulum to ride atop the band or to keep everything ‘straight’ and leave a gap between the under side of your glans and the top of the band.

Gear Essentials Hold

Gear Essentials (RIP) was always a forward thinking design shop. The Hold is an example of their clever design work. Precision cut from stainless steel, this cock/shaft/ball weight/cage traps all your business in its grasp. For my sizing, I went with the 1 7/8" cock ring with the 1 3/8" shaft opening. As a sucker for combination rings and cages, this fit was just what the doctor ordered - which comes as no surprise given the machining excellence of Gear Essentials over the year.

Glass Vibrations Faceted Glass Cock Ring

I’ve had some good luck on Etsy lately discovering interesting finds. As a sucker for alternative materials to your boring nickel-plated steel ring, this Glass Vibrations ring stood out immediately thanks to the faceted cut on the outside and the charming black glass material.

It took me a while to commit to purchasing this ring, though - the cost of the ring is spot-on and worth every dime… but the cost to ship from Saarbrücken, Germany to the Midwest US was almost twice the cost of the unit. I confirmed that wasn’t a listing error with Giovannina via Etsy messenger. In retrospect, given that Glass Vibrations deals primarily in glass units, shipping and packaging must be done carefully to avoid a broken piece from showing up.

Gear Essentials Surge Glans

Just like its bigger brother, the Stainless Surge, this glans ring version features a concave outer profile to give some visual interest. While I would have preferred to keep the theme of stainless for both rings, this version comes in a lightweight aluminum weighing in at only a quarter of an ounce. You’d be forgiven for forgetting the ring is even on! What I particularly like about this thicker ring is the the way it looks while fully erect. One’s shaft is easily constricted by this head ring causing both the shaft and head to swell around the concave profile. This creates a striking and rather interesting appeal - absolutely accentuating the glans even more so. Indeed, with this particular fit on my anatomy and the way everything seems to form around the ring, insertion while wearing this ring isn’t out of the picture - indeed, I suspect the contours will lead to a very interesting feel for your partner… especially if they enjoy the feeling of the glans as it pumps!

Gear Essentials Strut Small

A quintessential Gear Essentials release, the strut is a narrower stainless ring than what one would see with the Torque. Because of the narrower profile at only .4", the strut doesn’t have the space for a comfort fit interior - though it’s not strictly necessary at this size. As with all Gear Essentials adornments, this ring is machined to exact tolerances with the caliper confirming that the shop is always exact in their craft. While one would think the non rounded interior and relatively “sharp” outer profile would be uncomfortable, this was not my experience… though I would indeed hesitate to wear the Strut under tighter pants that would encourage pinching!
