While the ring itself is neat in its design, it doesn’t have weight to remind you it’s even on and the strength of the magnetic capture isn’t strong enough to survive engorgement of us growers nor insertion into a chosen orifice. This leaves the device to be decorative only while flaccid.

As a hobbyist maker and builder, I’m always looking to repurpose or make my iwn custom rings from whatever is available. In this case, a neat looking bracelet from ebay served as the base of the design. The trick was measuring carefully to establish the right circumference for the perfect fit. Once figured up, all it took was cutting the bracelet at the end, drilling the inside of the receiving piece of metal to give a clean place for glue to adhere, and using strong glue (gorilla glue) to secure the shortened bracelet. Voila - a custom ring perfectly sized to fit!
